Leave it empty if terminaldeck.json names an aiFile — the file in your repository wins.

What this is for

Every listing is also served as one plain-text file, at its own address with /llms.txt on the end. An assistant that lands on your listing reads that instead of guessing from the page, so the words here are the ones it repeats to whoever asked it.

Better than typing it here: commit a .txt or .md file and name it in your terminaldeck.json as "aiFile". Then it is versioned with your code, pinned to the same commit as everything else on the row, and you change it with a commit rather than a form.

We serve it exactly as you wrote it, as plain text, and never render it. Markup, control characters and invisible text are refused rather than cleaned up — the whole point is that what a person reviewed is what a machine reads.

What happens after you press Publish

The listing is created as a draft and its first version goes into a queue. A person reads it — the files, the manifest and what it would do to somebody's machine — and then approves it, refuses it with a reason you will see, or bans the account. Nothing appears in the store until that has happened.

Afterwards, updates that do not change the risky parts publish themselves. The bytes are pinned to a commit and a sha256, so what a person reviewed is exactly what anybody installs.
